Day 1
08 October 2026 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative who will assist you through the arrival formalities. You will then be transferred by a luxury air-conditioned vehicle (Mercedes E-Class or similar) to Giza Palace Cairo West. After completing check-in procedures, the remainder of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities at your leisure. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2
09 October 2026 – Main Event Transfers
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel and enjoy free time at leisure. Whether you prefer to relax by the pool, enjoy the hotel's facilities, or simply unwind before the event, the day is yours to enjoy. At the designated event time, our representative and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby for a luxury transfer to the main event venue. Following the conclusion of the event, you will be transferred back to Giza Palace Cairo West for an overnight stay.
Day 3
10 October 2026 – Main Event Transfers
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy another day at leisure. Take advantage of the hotel's amenities or explore the surrounding area independently. At the scheduled time, a luxury air-conditioned vehicle will transfer you from Giza Palace Cairo West to the main event venue. Upon completion of the event, return to the hotel with a comfortable private transfer. Overnight accommodation at the hotel
Day 4
11 October 2026 – Leisure Day
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the day entirely at your own pace. Relax and make the most of the hotel's facilities, or choose from a variety of optional sightseeing tours and experiences available in Cairo and Giza. Overnight accommodation at Giza Palace Cairo West
Day 5
12 October 2026 – Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and enjoy a private transfer by luxury vehicle to Cairo International Airport. Upon arrival, our airport representative will assist you with departure procedures to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience before your departure flight.
