Day 1
08 October 2026 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative, who will assist you through the arrival formalities. You will then be transferred by a luxury air-conditioned vehicle (Mercedes E-Class or similar) to Giza Palace Cairo West. After completing check-in procedures, the remainder of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel's facilities at your leisure. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2
09 October 2026 – Giza Pyramids Experience & Main Event Transfers
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before meeting your private Egyptologist guide in the hotel lobby. You will be transferred by luxury vehicle to the Giza Plateau, home to Egypt’s most iconic monuments. Explore the legendary Great Pyramid of Khufu, the last surviving Wonder of the Ancient World, along with the Pyramid of Khafre and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Guests wishing to enter the Great Pyramid may purchase an optional entrance ticket directly at the site. Continue to the panoramic viewpoint where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the three pyramids together and capture memorable photographs. Your journey then takes you to the magnificent Great Sphinx, the iconic guardian of the Giza Plateau, followed by a visit to the nearby Valley Temple, where ancient royal mummification rituals once took place. Before returning to the hotel, there will be an optional stop at a licensed Papyrus Institute or Essential Oils Palace, offering an insight into traditional Egyptian craftsmanship and heritage. You will return to Giza Palace Cairo West, around midday, allowing time to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities. Later, at the scheduled event time, a luxury transfer will take you to the main event venue. Following the conclusion of the event, you will be transferred back to the hotel for an overnight stay
Day 3
10 October 2026 – Main Event Transfers
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a day at leisure. Whether you choose to unwind by the pool, take advantage of the hotel's facilities, or simply relax and prepare for the evening's activities, the day is yours to enjoy. At the designated time, our representative and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby for your transfer to the main event venue in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle. Following the event, return to Giza Palace Cairo West, with a comfortable private transfer and enjoy another overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4
11 October 2026 – Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) Experience
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before meeting your private Egyptologist guide for a short transfer to the spectacular Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the world's largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilisation. Upon arrival, discover the magnificent Grand Hall, where the colossal statue of King Ramses II welcomes visitors, and admire the remarkable Hanging Obelisk, a unique architectural masterpiece. Continue your journey through the museum's state-of-the-art galleries, including the extraordinary collection of Tutankhamun's treasures, featuring thousands of priceless artefacts, royal possessions, ceremonial chariots, and many objects displayed together for the first time. Your guided visit also includes the impressive Grand Staircase, lined with monumental statues representing Egypt's greatest rulers and deities. The experience concludes with a visit to the outdoor terraces, offering stunning panoramic views of the Giza Pyramids. Following your tour, return to Giza Palace Cairo West where the remainder of the day is free for leisure and relaxation—overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5
12 October 2026 – Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and enjoy a private transfer by luxury vehicle to Cairo International Airport. Upon arrival, our airport representative will assist you with departure procedures to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience before your departure flight. We hope you leave Egypt with unforgettable memories of your stay and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
